POLICIES

-LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE- First come, first serve on online registration.
-Due to limiting spots, once you sign up, you are holding that spot, and we will not be able to refund you if you cannot attend.
-ANYONE PARTICIPATING MUST SIGN UP THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER PORTAL BY 6:30 ON SATURDAY!
-Registration will close once we reach our limit, so sign up ASAP!

Super Saturday Behavioral/Discipline Policy:

TexStar is committed to providing a fun and safe environment for all participants, which is why we enforce a ZERO-tolerance bullying policy. Parents or guardians will be notified of any incidents to discuss corrective actions.

For repeated disruptive behavior, a three-strike policy will be in place. Super Saturday staff reserves the right to immediately dismiss a child from Super Saturday due to violent or disruptive actions, including inappropriate physical or verbal behavior (e.g., hitting, cursing).

  • First instance: The child will receive a verbal warning, and the parent or guardian will be informed at the end of the night.

  • Second instance: The parent or guardian will be contacted immediately and required to pick up the child for the remainder of the night.

  • Third instance: The child will be dismissed from Super Saturdays until further notice with no refund for prepaid programs.
