FIELD TRIPS

WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOUR SCHOOL, CHURCH GROUP, OR ORGANIZATION JOIN US FOR A FIELD TRIP! 

We offer the use of our facility for Field Trips!

Our Gym includes:

-Trampolines
-Foam Pit

-Bouncy House

-Obstacle Course

We also offer use of our cafe, The Watering Hole for snacks/lunch.

 

Field Trip Options:

 

Time slots for field trips are

-1 hour

1.5 hours
-2 hours
This includes time to eat snacks/lunch if needed
 

 

Ages:

 

4-12
 

Pricing:

 

1 hour- $7 per child

1.5 hours- $9 per child

2 hours- $11 per child
 


Policies:
 

To ensure a smooth, safe, and well-organized experience for all groups, the following policies
apply to all field trips hosted at TexStar Athletics.

 

Booking & Deposit

  • All field trips must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date and time.

  • Field trip dates are not held without a deposit and signed agreement.

Payment

  • Remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled field trip.

  • Pricing is per child and based on the length of the field trip.

  • No refunds will be issued for absent participants.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • The $50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled field trip will forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges for future field trips.

Attendance & Headcount

  • A minimum number of 11 participants is required for all field trips.

  • Final participant count must be confirmed 48 hours before the event.

  • Charges are based on the confirmed headcount, regardless of actual attendance.

Waivers & Supervision

  • All participants must have a signed TexStar Athletics waiver on file prior to participation.

  • Organizations are responsible for ensuring all waivers are completed.

  • A minimum of one adult chaperone per 10 children is required.

  • Chaperones must actively supervise children at all times.

Safety & Facility Rules

  • All participants must follow TexStar Athletics safety rules and staff instructions.

  • TexStar reserves the right to remove any participant or group engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

  • Activities may be adjusted based on age, ability level, staffing, or facility needs.

Additional Information

  • Field trips are designed for ages 4–12.

  • TexStar Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
     

By booking a field trip at TexStar Athletics, organizations agree to all policies listed above.
