Account Management

30-Day Notice

If you need to withdraw from classes, a 30-day notice is required.
Please submit your notice using the link below:

Customer Portal

Access your Customer Portal anytime to manage your account.

In the Customer Portal, you can:

  • View account and student information

  • Make payments and update payment methods

  • Register for Fun Fridays, Camps, and Clinics

  • View transaction history

     

Makeup Classes
Each athlete is allowed one makeup class per month.

Important Makeup Class Policies:

  • Makeup classes do not roll over month to month (use it or lose it)

  • If a scheduled makeup class is missed, it cannot be rescheduled

  • Makeup classes are not available during gym closures or weather-related cancellations

  • Available makeup options vary based on class size and availability
