About the Owner:

Owner, Dawn Murphy, has been teaching tumbling and trampoline for over 30 years. Prior to TexStar, she owned Top of Texas Power Tumbling & Trampoline for 25 years. She has produced many National titled athletes & was the USA tumbling coach in Portugal in 1992. Dawn, along with a staff member, opened up the first All Star Cheerleading program in Lubbock in the early 90's. Being a former gymnast, power tumbler, and High school and College Cheerleader helps her to relate and teach the sport for children of all ages and abilities. Much of her success is due to a family environment along with an amazing staff that is second to none.
